Just completed this poppy painting on a 30 x 40 inch stretched canvas

Finally completed this little picture and it is painted on an 8X 10 canvas board.

Even though I already draw fairly well I feel I always like to go back to the beginning and preferable with a different artist. Each instructor has their own way of teaching and combining several teaching methods one will find what resonated with you. 

Even before attempting to draw digital one has to master the pen and pencil.

Munsell Color Theory

Knowing what is the right color to use and how to mix colors has been a challenge for me, but signing up with Paul Foxton's color theory color course will finally put me on the right track. Here are some examples of what we do.
